Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Management Coordinator in Walton KY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location where you will help manage access control monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring agile team that values reliability innovation teamwork and integrity in every interaction.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors customers and/or staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures badging activities and other security-related policies at the location.
- Monitor entrances exits receiving areas and/or restricted spaces to help manage authorized access for employees vendors contractors and delivery personnel.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and report details through appropriate site and Allied Universal communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the sales floor stock areas parking areas and perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by location.
- Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by observing customer and employee activity documenting concerns and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet which is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
