We are currently looking for a Senior Planner Contests & Incentives to join our team in Franklin TN.
Reporting to the Manager of INFINITI C&I Planning and Development this role serves as the departments C&I SME that supports the development implementation and financial management of newvehicle incentive programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining incentive systems and tools conducting competitive analysis supporting monthly program launches and ensuring accurate VME reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective partnership across multiple departments.
A Day in the Life:
Assists with crossfunctional planning development and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs.
Maintains costing planning tools and performs tracking analysis and postanalysis of program performance.
Produces competitive C&I reports insights and presentations for assigned models.
Serves as a C&I subject matter expert supporting design testing and implementation of related projects.
Supports monthly quarterly and fiscalyear incentive program planning including VIMS and DIME programming.
Compiles regional incentive matrices and ensures accurate monthly program launch.
Partners with internal teams (Sales Regions CMM Sales Ops Finance Accounting Marketing Pricing Legal IFS IS etc.) and external agencies.
Manages VME alignment with business plans monthend close accruals and financial impact reporting to leadership.
Assesses vehiclelevel tactic changes intercompany rate impacts and supports costing implementation and financial analysis of incentives.
Who Were Looking for:
Job Knowledge and Skill: Knowledge of retail sales processes and the role of incentives. Strong analytical presentation and strategic thinking skills. Must be able to multi-task. Strong attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and cross-functional relationship building skills required to effectively balance priorities from various functional teams.
Experience: Six or more years of directly related professional level experience. Experience in developing and analyzing standard and ad hoc reporting tools as well as analyzing numerical data to tell a story to end users is required. Regional Dealer contact experience preferred but not required.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related discipline. MBA preferred.
Computer Skills: Advanced Excel skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint other PC applications and various outside data sources to produce non-standard creative outputs.
Travel: Minimal day or overnight travel.
