Job Summary
Responsibilities
HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fairless Hills PA to support a new data center construction project. This role will focus heavily on electrical safety Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and supporting high-risk construction activities. If youre passionate about making an impact driving compliance and building a culture where every worker goes home safe we want you on our team.
- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Inspect power tools and heavy equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience required
- OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required
Strong background in electrical construction safety
Hands-on experience with LOTO procedures
Knowledge of NFPA 70E standards
Experience supporting excavation trenching and utility work preferred
- Must have experience in Fall Protection Scaffolding Steel Erection and Excavation
