We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Service Commercial Manager to lead the growth of our service revenue across key markets in Asia. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing regional service sales strategies developing highperforming sales teams and strengthening partnerships with customers and channel partners.
As a senior leader you will combine strategic thinking with handson execution leveraging your expertise in selling services to deliver sustainable growth expand market presence and meet evolving customer needs across diverse and complex markets.

Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies across the Asia region.
Identify and assess market opportunities to drive longterm service growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends customer insights and competitive dynamics to continuously refine sales approaches.
Sales Team Development
Lead mentor and inspire a regional sales team aligned with business objectives.
Set clear targets monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance team culture.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations and oversee key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction retention and growth.
Service Market Expansion
Identify and prioritize new and existing market opportunities for service offerings.
Partner with product service development and marketing teams to align solutions with market demand.
Support gotomarket initiatives to accelerate service adoption and revenue growth.
Performance & Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators including service revenue attach rates and market share.
Use CRM tools and data analytics to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize sales strategies.
Adjust plans proactively based on performance insights and business priorities.
Channel Partner Management
Develop and manage channel partner relationships to enhance service reach and distribution.
Create joint business plans set performance targets and drive partnerled growth initiatives.
Identify onboard and assess new partners aligned with strategic objectives.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with product sales operations marketing and global sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Share regional insights to support service innovation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to bestpractice sharing across regions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
810 years of sales leadership experience with a strong focus on service sales in the Asia region.
Proven track record of driving service revenue growth and expanding market share.
Demonstrated ability to lead develop and motivate highperforming teams.
Strong communication negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel within Asia as required.
