负责公司间接采购及服务类外包项目的全流程执行包括需求对接供应商寻源询价比价议价及合同跟进
主导或协助组织招投标活动编制招标文件发布招标公告组织开标评标整理评标报告确保流程合规高效
管理供应商全生命周期包括准入评估绩效考核关系维护及风险监控
协调财务法务及业务部门推进采购订单审批验收及付款流程确保按时履约与付款
维护并优化采购台账合同档案及供应商数据库确保数据准确可追溯
持续分析市场价格趋势与供应商表现提出降本增效建议
遵守公司采购政策及合规要求支持内审与外部审计工作
任职要求
本科及以上学历供应链管理工商管理物流工程或相关专业优先
2年以上采购招投标或供应链相关工作经验有服务类/外包类采购经验者优先如IT外包设施管理咨询行政服务等
熟悉招标投标法及相关采购法规了解企业采购流程与内控要求
具备良好的沟通协调能力谈判技巧及跨部门协作意识
熟练使用Office办公软件Excel函数PPT有ERP或采购系统如SAPAriba操作经验者优先
工作细致责任心强具备一定的抗压能力与合规意识

有房地产物业管理建筑或专业服务行业背景
