We act for the roleThe System Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design governance and optimisation of enterprise business systems with particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across Australian Red Cross. Reporting to the Head of Application Delivery & Architecture this role ensures enterprise applications are secure scalable wellintegrated and aligned to organisational and architecture standards. The role is responsible for developing highquality solution designs guide delivery teams and work closely with business data security infrastructure teams and external partners to deliver fitforpurpose digital solutions. The role also contributes to setting architectural standards platform guardrails DevOps maturity and solution lifecycle governance across the organisations enterprise application you will bringProven ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts risks and tradeoffs to both technical and nontechnical audiences Collaborative leadership skills with experience building strong relationships across business and IT teamsCommercial awareness including understanding of cost licensing and vendor dynamics Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience delivering complex initiatives and assessing options to achieve practical fitforpurpose solutionsComprehensive experience delivering enterprise Azure and Dynamics 365 solutions including designing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform domain knowledge across CRM Finance Supply Chain and Master knowledge of security privacy and compliance principles including role-based access control (RBAC) segregation of duties audit controls and operating within regulated environmentsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline.
