About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly 28-bed Orthopaedic Ward. This role will allow you to make a real difference for patients undergoing total joint replacements upper and lower limb procedures and spinal surgery.

About You

To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting. Your excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills and passion for client care will assist in providing a high standard of customer focused service in line with Ramsays core values.

You will also bring:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Enrolled Nurses must be IV Qualified and medication endorsed
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience working in an acute setting (surgical or orthopaedic experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster
