  • Supporting enterprise events and careers-related activities

  • Contributing to curriculum planning within the department

  • Encouraging pupils to develop confidence in presenting ideas

  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have strong subject knowledge in Business Studies

  • Be confident teaching GCSE Business

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills

  • Be able to engage pupils using real-world examples

  • Work effectively within a collaborative teaching team

  • Be committed to ongoing professional development
