We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who isnt just surviving the AI revolution but wants to lead it. Join the Quinyx Follow-Up team to shape our test strategy drive React automation and actually introduce AI-powered QA workflows (Claude Code Gemini Copilot) to the rest of the team.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our existing QA engineers and take end-to-end ownership of quality across the Follow-Up product. This is not a write tests and file bugs role; you will shape our test strategy drive automation introduce AI-powered QA workflows and mentor the team on modern testing practices.

The Follow-Up team builds a full-stack product (Java/Spring Boot React) at the heart of Quinyxs platform. We ship frequently care deeply about quality and are investing in AI-powered engineering workflows to stay at the cutting edge.

What youll do

• Own quality end-to-end across a Java/Spring Boot React product

• Actively participate in manual testing test case creation regression exploratory acceptance and system testing

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium RestAssured Appium and TestNG

• Integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Docker K8s AWS)

• Introduce and champion AI tools (Claude Gemini Copilot) for QA workflows and help the team adopt them

• Expand our performance testing practice using K6

• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Directors of Engineering on automation strategy

• Mentor QA engineers and developers on testing best practices

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment within the broader QA community

What were looking for

• Proven hands-on QA/test engineering experience

• Strong automation skills with Selenium RestAssured Appium and TestNG

• Comfortable working across the full stack (Java React)

• Knowledge of performance load and stress testing with K6

• Daily AI tool user who can bring AI-assisted workflows to the team

• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have (but not required)

• Proficient with Maven SQL databases and TestRail

• Strong foundation in Java or similar OOP languages

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and AWS

• SaaS product background

• Knowledge of the WFM (Workforce Management) domain

• A strong desire to work in highly autonomous cross-functional teams

• Track record of rolling out AI tools to a team

• A natural mentor who raises the bar for everyone around them
