Job Description: LATAM Finance Analyst
Role Summary
In this position you will be a key driver of financial performance and strategic growth across our Latin American operations.
Key Responsibilities
This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.
New Product Evaluation: Perform rigorous financial evaluation for regional product launches. Assess market feasibility pricing strategies and path to profitability.
- Budget Management & Control: Support the annual budgeting process and forecasts for LATAM key Latam P&L lines. Monitor spending to ensure alignment with targets. Provides direction on Financial Policies & Process to the Marketing team.
- Innovation Measurement: Ensures and track Innovation KPIs to measure the success of innovation goals. Supports quarterly reporting closings & acts as a key contact to support LATAM team on process questions.
- AI & Digital Transformation: Partner with Global IT & Analytics Teams to implement New AI Financial Projects focusing on dashboards predictive analytics and enhancing data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance Economics or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of2 years of professional experience in finance-centric roles.
Language:Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)is required. Portuguese is a significant plus.
Technical Proficiency: * Advanced Google App skills & Excel (macros Power Pivot)
Experience with ERP systems SAP
Familiarity with visualization tools. ( DOMO PowerBI Tableau) and a keen interest inAI/Machine Learningapplications for finance.
- Desirable experience working with cross functional teams or and supporting other regions.
