The successful candidate will lead all HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and compliance. You will work closely with senior leaders to support staff development and ensure best practice in HR across the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Strong HR experience ideally at management level
Knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work strategically and operationally
Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification desirable
Independent school experience advantageous but not essential
