Responsibilities

Provide fullcycle HR administrative support for the central office.
Monitor and maintain timetracking records and prepare timesheets for payroll processing for each reporting period.
Prepare HR analytics and statistical reports.
Contribute to monthly management reporting on headcount workforce structure and employee movements providе information and analytical references about operational requests for personnel according to different criteria.
Data administration technical support for HR processes within the internal HR system (SuccessFactors).
Coordinate internal communication initiatives and support corporate culture development.
Participate in internal HR and crossfunctional projects.

Candidate Requirements

Higher education in Economics Human Resources Management or Law.
At least 3 years of experience in HR administration.
Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of SAP and English will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail systematic approach and analytical mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
