Job Summary
| Technical/Functional Skills | Interface with Design Engineering to ensure part numbers and documentation are released on time i.e. drawings bill of materials specifications Work with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure routings programs tooling fixtures etc. are ready as required to ensure on time start Knowledgeable of MRP and inventory control Interface with Procurement to ensure on time supply (i.e. manage MRP exceptions) Align supply to demand (i.e. production order sales order transfer order etc.) Regular rhythm of feedback on status vs plan Longer term root cause analysis and corrective actions Intermediate level working with Excel vlookup pivot tables etc |

| Roles & Responsibilities | Review Validate & Convert Planned Order for Internal & External Items Review Validate & Convert Purchase Requisitions for Internal & External Items Generate inter-company transfers and 3rd Party Orders Maintain supplier Promise/Confirmation dates on Sales Orders Status Tracking Delivery Vs Need Dates (MPT MPS) Schedule Changes Reconcile 3rd Party PO deliveries & Internal Goods Receipt |
