Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects including planning execution monitoring and closure.

Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Finance HR Supply Chain etc.) to ensure smooth ERP integration.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party consultants.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies data security and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular status updates dashboards and reports to executive leadership.

Facilitate training change management and user adoption of ERP systems.
