We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) for a senior-level role focused on engineering oversight operations and team leadership. This position goes beyond design work and involves managing projects supervising teams and ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residential and commercial structural conditions

Develop stamp and approve engineering reports and repair designs

Serve as the primary technical authority on engineering decisions

Supervise and mentor Engineers-in-Training and field staff
-
Oversee site evaluations and quality control processes

Manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously

Coordinate scheduling billing and administrative workflows
-
Oversee purchasing equipment and material usage
-
Manage shop operations vehicles and maintenance programs
-
Provide leadership across engineering field and office teams
Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required

Bachelors degree in Civil Structural or Mechanical Engineering

5 years of engineering experience
-
Experience in structural or construction engineering preferred

Construction management or contractor experience is a plus

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Valid drivers license
-
Ability to perform site inspections
