Job Summary
Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Family Practice
Location: Vinita Oklahoma
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 14 Weeks
Pay Rate: $110/hr (W2)
Schedule
4x10-hour shifts per week
Monday Friday schedule (may include alternating days)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Family Practice setting. The provider will deliver primary care services to both adult and pediatric patients in a low-acuity outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care services to adult and pediatric patients
Diagnose and manage low-acuity routine and acute conditions
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in staff meetings training and care coordination
Complete case logs during orientation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
Board Certified NP or PA
Active Oklahoma License (Required)
Ability to treat all age groups (adult & pediatric)
Experience in Family Practice / Primary Care setting
BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (Required)
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
