Job Summary

An LPN with experience working in LTC setting is required for a 13-week assignment. Long Term Care Facility. Will be performing assessments treatments medication administration notification to MD/NP of pertinent information admitting/discharging ADL assistance gastrostomy tube care urinary catheter care nebulized treatment wound vac care CPAP care and other assigned duties. Shifts available: Varied Shifts- will be based on census and facility need. Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.

Shift: Variable Shifts- will be based on census and facility need.
