Lead Project Coordinator
Role Overview
- Job Title: Lead Project Coordinator
Location
- Hybrid: Tuesday Thursday onsite in Dublin CA
Key Responsibilities (Day to Day)
- Manage multiple stores concurrently (up to 4 active installs at peak)
- Own execution from 12 weeks pre install through close out
- Lead cadence calls
- 1 hour per store per day during installs
- Track shortages escalate risks and manage punch lists
- Coordinate with:
- Vendors
- Installers
- Construction teams
- Internal partners
- Validate work via:
- Video walkthroughs
- On site visits (as needed)
- Maintain weekly status reports and updates
- Support after hours work when installs require it
Top Requirements (Must Haves)
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills
- Confident vocal communicator (not passive)
- Highly detail oriented (shortages risks punch lists)
- Comfortable with fluctuating workloads and after hours calls
- Able to operate autonomously without task by task direction
Tools & Technology
- Excel (basic intermediate)
- Smartsheet (basic intermediate)
- Video calls for remote store oversight
- No heavy design tools required
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Prior Ross Stores experience (store or planning teams)
- Exposure to construction store builds or rollouts
- Smartsheet experience (team is actively learning)
- Financial awareness (budget tracking forecasting)
- AutoCAD familiarity (helpful but not required)
