Hybrid Presentation Designer (Executive-Level PowerPoint)

Tekberry is seeking a highly experienced Presentation Designer to support our client a global leader in advanced materials and manufacturing technologies. This short-term high-impact role will focus on developing a high-level PowerPoint presentation for executive (C-suite) leadership.

This position requires a design professional who can translate complex business concepts into clear compelling and visually polished presentation materials. The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling ability executive presence and expert-level PowerPoint skills.

• Design and develop a high-impact PowerPoint presentation for senior leadership
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear concise visuals
• Create compelling visual storytelling aligned to executive-level expectations

• Ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines and standards
• Develop visually consistent and polished slide layouts graphics and templates
• Create production-ready materials beyond standard presentation graphics if needed

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine messaging
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Develop complex slide builds transitions and animations at a professional level
• Optimize presentations for clarity flow and executive delivery
• Leverage advanced Microsoft 365 tools to enhance presentation quality

• 10 years of experience in:
  • Design studio agency or corporate design environment
• Proven experience developing materials for senior leadership / C-suite audiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level presentation design work

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (M365)
• Strong knowledge of professional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Ability to translate complex data into visually compelling content

• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• High attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Experience supporting executive communications or strategic initiatives
• Background in corporate consulting or enterprise environments
• Experience working within strict brand guidelines

• Primarily remote (EST hours preferred)
• Occasional onsite presence required in Corning NY
• Short-term fast-paced project with executive visibility
