Our South Central Service Center located in Mesquite Texas is adding an Operations Supervisor to the team. This role provides hands-on leadership across multiple production areas and plays a key role in driving safety efficiency quality and continuous improvement.

Learn more about us here: would you do as our Operations Supervisor
Youll oversee daily production operations for a 30 person team lead continuous improvement efforts and ensure customer orders are completed safely accurately and on time.

You would also:

• Lead production operations across frame manufacturing door frames door modification and welding cells
• Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
• Plan and schedule resources to meet production goals
• Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
• Train coach and develop team members to support flexibility and growth
• Maintain safe equipment tools and work environments
• Implement quality control standards and corrective actions
• Collaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets
• Special assignments as assigned

The Skills and Experience You Need:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Exposure to lean manufacturing Kaizen and process improvement methodologies
• Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills
• ERP system experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
