Job Summary
Position: Chief Compliance Officer
Location: Cochin
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Credit Operations Risk Management or Compliance functions
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the company operates in strict compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
* Maintain effective coordination with regulatory authorities including the RBI.
* Work closely with the Company Secretary & Operations Departments to ensure compliance standards are maintained across the organization.
* Monitor and review internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks & company policies.
* Candidates must have prior experience working in a Nationalized Bank.
* Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to management.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
