Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to lead our IT department and oversee the organisation's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of various IT systems ensuring that our technology aligns with the business objectives. This role involves supervising a team of IT professionals managing projects and ensuring the security and efficiency of our information systems.

Install configure and troubleshoot Windows/Linux/mac os.
To provide support for desktop laptops servers thin clients tablets printers attendance devices all other IT related hardware.
Install and configure enterprise software applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform regular updates patches and security configurations.
Manage system database backup & disaster recovery strategies.
Configure and maintain LAN WAN VPN and firewall security.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Monitor and optimize network performance.
Implement and maintain security policies including antivirus & access controls.
Conduct regular Branch IT audits and actions with TAT.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware software and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts permissions and access rights.
IT inventory Managementdocumentation and training materials for end-users.
IT infrastructure Deployment and maintenance.
Coordination with Vendors for warranty AMC and other IT related support.
