NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Restaurant District Manager / Area Manager with a focus on Drive Through Experience to join our team in Riverside. We offer a competitive salary range of $125000 - $140000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations focusing on drive-through services
Implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Monitor performance metrics and develop plans to achieve business objectives
Train and develop restaurant managers and staff to ensure high standards
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Foster a positive and productive work environment across all locations
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns effectively
Address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

5 years of experience in restaurant management with a focus on multi-unit operations
Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant industry standards and best practices
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Experience with budget management and financial reporting
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred
