We are recruiting a Senior Performance Analyst based at Loxley House. Youll lead work on our corporate performance framework develop automated insight systems and provide highquality analysis for senior leaders. The role involves shaping performance culture setting data standards and managing a small team. Were looking for someone experienced in complex organisations skilled with BI tools (SQL Python Power BI) able to analyse and communicate complex data and committed to strong performance management and inclusive practice.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Performance Analyst to lead the development operation and continuous improvement of our corporate performance framework.

In this role you will design and oversee automated performance reporting ensuring senior leaders receive high-quality insight to support effective decision-making. You will act as the organisations lead contact for performance management shaping how performance information is used to track progress manage risk and improve outcomes.

You will play a key role in strengthening a culture of performance across the organisation setting and maintaining data standards and driving improvements that align with our wider digital ambitions.

The role also includes managing a small team and supporting colleagues across the organisation to use performance information confidently and effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of delivering measurable outcomes within a complex organisation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience of managing data and producing complex performance indicators including statutory returns.
  • Extensive experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL Python Power BI) and working with databases and APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets using appropriate methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks outcomes reporting and data quality standards along with an understanding of methodologies for analysing complex datasets and developing business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience of managing a team planning workloads and delivering work to deadlines and commitment to Equality Diversity and Inclusion and delivering inclusive services.
This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
