Enterprise Investment Services and Fund Services & Oversight exist to drive investor success through world class investment services. The division is comprised of Investment Operations Fund Accounting Investment Management Group (IMG) Service Performance & Attribution and Securities Lending functions. Responsibilities include pre/post trade lifecycle management Investment Book of Record generation that drives investment decision ensuring integrity in the Accounting Book of Records and delivering a high value securities lending program to our clients.

EIS and FSO are part of collaborative global teams that aim to deliver operational excellence insightful analytics and white glove support to the Investment Management Teams.

The two-year program involves four 6-month rotations. You will begin in EIS building a deep understanding of all global portfolios and provided opportunities to gain exposure to a variety of asset classes across the full suite of Vanguard investment products. Potential teams include:

• Reconciliations
• Trade Management Oversight
• Investment Book of Record
• Derivatives or
• Corporate Actions.

In these rotations you will hone your knowledge on a specialised area of the Investment Management process. Next you will rotate into an Investment Management supporting role (IMG Service) providing index data and adjustments that portfolio managers track their portfolios to providing investment support and working closely with the local Trading and Investment Management Group.

Youll then complete your program in the ETF Operations Fund Accounting or Performance teams utilising the knowledge youve gained through the varied teams that make up the Investment Management Lifecycle.

Following the completion of the program participants are provided a permanent role in one of the teams within EIS or FSO.
