Job Summary

Location: BGC Taguig
Working Condition: 100% full on site morning shift
JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of the local on-site collection team in the Philippines. The core duties are clear and straightforward and all work must be performed with a strong sense of responsibility. The specific responsibilities are as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Take full charge of building recruiting and daily managing the local on-site collection team for core mobile phone installment business establishing a stable and efficient local collection team and simultaneously adapting to the collection management of similar businesses such as motorcycle installments and credit card installments;
Coordinate the teams on-site collection work formulate practical and feasible collection strategies assign collection tasks track payment collection progress and lead the team to achieve the overdue payment collection KPIs set by the company;
Supervise the compliance of team collection activities strictly abide by local Philippine collection laws and regulations as well as company policies eliminate irregular collection practices and handle customer issues and local disputes arising from the collection process;
Implement team performance appraisal and daily coaching control team risks and promptly report work progress performance results and various risk issues to supervisors;
Cooperate with other departments of the company for business coordination and complete other on-site collection management-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in managing local on-site collection for mobile phone installments in the Philippines is preferred; experience in managing similar on-site collection for motorcycle installments or credit card installments is also acceptable with familiarity with the entire on-site collection process;
Proven experience in building and leading a local on-site collection team capable of independently taking charge of daily team operations;
Proficient in local Philippine languages with basic English communication skills and familiar with local folk customs and customer communication habits.
