THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is adaptable & proactive with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to deliver to a high standard with accuracy. Based at our client office at Sydney CBD your key focus will be to provide efficient print and administrative services while ensuring superior customer service.

Please note this is a 100% onsite 8 am to 4 pm 5 days/ week role based in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities

Manage print and binding operations including stock control of all print materials and overall organisation of the print room.
Provide responsive support to client enquiries delivering practical assistance and high-quality customer service.
Support Executive Assistants with employee onboarding/offboarding and the preparation printing and collation of event materials.
Assist with end to end event support including room set ups seating plans badge preparation guest arrivals and post event pack down.
Coordinate event and catering logistics including venue searches internal meeting menus and liaison with Compass and other suppliers.
Partner with EAs Operations and external stakeholders to coordinate Australia Summit invitations and attendance and support invoice reviews (Cabcharge) and cost allocations.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication & customer service skills with a professional approach
Previous experience in print room will be highly regarded
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and regulated environment
