Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives Join Mission Australia Housing (MAH) as an Operations Support Officer and play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing services that support individuals and communities to thrive.

As an Operations Support Officer you will be a key contributor across allocations tenancy management and maintenance services. Youll support teams engage with tenants and ensure administrative excellencehelping deliver a seamless and client-focused housing experience.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Provide flexible operations support including backfilling roles and assisting team leaders
• Deliver accurate and timely service across phone face-to-face and digital channels
• Contribute to reporting analysis tenant engagement activities
• Coordinate property offers allocations and viewings and support applicants through the housing process and connect them to support services
• Support housing asset and community development teams
• Support strategies that connect tenants with additional services

Requirements for Success

• Strong administration organisation and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence using databases and digital systems
• Experience in housing community services or property management desirable
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to confidentiality
• A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable communities
