4Front Engineered Solutions in Kenosha WI is looking for a Technical Services Manager to support our High Performance Doors.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating and directing customer facing technical support department
- Conduct training and certification of customers dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems
- Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field
- Liaise with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions of issues
- Traveling up to 20% is possible
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering manufacturing engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
- PLC experience a plus
- 7-10 years experience in a quality technical or technical support role preferably in a manufacturing setting
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
