Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.

  • Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled

  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.

  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.

  • Consult with customer on service needs recommendations and applicable service specials

  • Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations

  • Keep customer informed on completion times service expenses and possible changes

  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether by phone or in person to assure the customer has a positive service experience

  • Build strong relationships with the customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position

  • Organized and friendly personality

  • Demonstrated ability to manage others

  • Time management skills

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers

  • Professional well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Clean driving record

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
