Your Challenge 

You support your team in valuation and advisory mandates for Swiss and foreign real estate investors as well as financial institutions with large real estate portfolios. For these demanding clients you will work independently or together with a well-established team of employees and specialists to develop a sound basis for decision-making:

• Real estate valuations using the discounted cash flow method and other methods
• Economic analyses of properties and construction projects
• Utilisation concepts and profitability calculations
• Sustainability assessment of properties and
• Property analyses and strategic consulting

We offer you extensive databases on the construction and real estate market and a wide range of powerful applications and tools to support this position you will have the opportunity to gain initial experience in real estate valuation and consulting and to benefit from a broad network of experts for your future.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor Master PhD) in Architecture (Environmental) Engineering Economics with a focus on real estate - or related fields of study
• Distinct flair for real estate topics interest in numbers and data as well as an understanding of business administration and economics
• Digital affinity strong communication skills (fluent in English and German) and ideally already very good knowledge of excel
