THE ROLE
As Beauty Floor Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding luxury beauty experience while leading inspiring and developing the Beauty team within our flagship store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Deliver a premium highly personalised service supported by expert beauty knowledge and product expertise.
- Confidently demonstrate and apply products offering tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
- Drive individual and team sales performance taking ownership of KPIs and commercial results.
- Lead coach and develop Beauty Ambassadors on the shop floor to achieve their full potential.
- Build strong long-lasting client relationships and proactively drive customer loyalty.
- Plan coordinate and deliver in-store beauty events in partnership with brand partners.
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising cleanliness and overall presentation.
- Uphold impeccable personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.
- Support stock control operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the wider store management team to maximise overall store performance.
- Consistently champion FLANNELS culture values and brand image.

- Luxury beauty experience preferred; strong luxury or trend-led retail experience essential.
- Delivers authentic personalised standout customer service.
- Flexible to work across days evenings weekends and events.
