Job Purpose:
The HR Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the HR Delivery team helping ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle and assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Support
- Respond to routine HR queries and requests via AskHR and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.
Employee Lifecycle Coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities including preparing documentation and scheduling sessions.
- Help with employee changes and engagement activities as directed by the HR Delivery team.
Policy & Compliance
- Apply HR policies and procedures under guidance ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Assist with policy updates and provide feedback to improve clarity and relevance.
Employee Relations Support
- Provide administrative assistance for employee relations cases including documentation and scheduling.
Performance & Reward Processes
- Help prepare data and communications for annual performance and compensation cycles.
HR Data & Reporting
- Generate standard reports and check data accuracy for payroll and analytics.
Culture & Talent Initiatives
- Support the local rollout of global HR programmes related to engagement and development.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: 12 years in an HR or administrative role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Language Skills: Fluent in local language and proficient in business English.
