Job Summary

CAM nMX Blister Packing Machine Operator 

 

 

Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to oversee packing operations managing equipment handling change controls deviations incidents and ensuring compliance with regulatory audits. Responsibilities include creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) providing training and applying expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling line operations specifically packing activities like Blister packing machine Cartonator machine Jekson system
You will evaluate change controls deviation and incident out of specification out of trend and risk management.
You will prepare the production process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and batch records.
You will provide training on goods manufacturing practices.
You will apply knowledge of  OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and similar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).


Qualifications :

Educational qualification: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field

Minimum work experience: 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with a focus on batch packing

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills
Expertise in line operations especially in manufacturing activities like CIP SIP and batch manufacturing.
Knowledge for evaluation of change control deviation incident out of specification out of trend and risk management.
Experience in preparing production process SOPs and batch records.
Understanding and application of Lean OEE and similar KPIs.
Hands-on experience in regulatory audits.

Behavioural Skills
Capacity to provide training on good manufacturing practices and other relevant areas.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in packing processes.
Exhibits a keen attention to detail in handling complex manufacturing activities ensuring precision and accuracy.
Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
Efficiently manages time to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
Displays a willingness to stay updated on industry trends regulations and emerging technologies contributing to ongoing professional development.
Knowledge of working in regulatory environment.
Should have good understanding of cGM cGDP.
Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
