Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 7.5 years
- Experience in Quality Engineering / Test Management with strong people leadership.
- Expertise in Playwright and modern JS/TS automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in E2E API integration and microservices testing.
- Knowledge of Contract Testing () and Observability tools (New Relic) good to have.
- Proven experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) BDD TDD and Shift-Left practices.
- Experience driving test automation in CI/CD pipelines and transformation programs.
- Understanding of performance testing and high-traffic systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and techno-functional skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and drive end-to-end Test Strategy and Quality Engineering practices.
- Lead transformation from manual to automated CI/CD-integrated testing.
- Oversee E2E API integration contract testing and UAT.
- Build/guide Playwright-based automation frameworks.
- Manage QA teams vendors and stakeholder communication.
- Provide data-driven release decisions (Go/No-Go).
- Ensure system quality performance and scalability.
- Implement observability and improve test coverage continuously.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
