We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations including invoicing credits claims management and account reconciliation. This role ensures accurate and timely processing in compliance with financial policies while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Cambridge ON.

Specific responsibilities are:
- Issuing credits to customers;
- Tracking claims for customers and the DC and following up on discrepancies;
- Verifying of all invoicing registers and making claims for variances and/or correcting the billing;
- Ensuring that processing activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Maintaining physical and electronic office filing systems;
- Ensures that processing activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Monitors outstanding invoices and accounts investigates and resolves any irregularities or enquiries.
Qualifications :

- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role with a demonstrated solid understanding of accounting principles;
- Strong analytic organisational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a discreet professional manner;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and Power Point) as well as various accounting software.
