Job Summary

The Public Area Attendant creates the elevated moments guests remember from their first step into the resort to their final farewell. As a Public Area Attendant you will:
- Maintain immaculately refreshed public restrooms ensuring continuous cleanliness and elegance.
- Replenish premium amenities in all public and pool area facilities.
- Monitor and restock the supply closet to support seamless operations.
- Keep all flooring flawlessly maintained including sweeping and mopping.
- Polish glass and mirrors.
- Refresh public areas including emptying trash and maintaining ashtrays where applicable.
- Care for and maintain lobby sales and marketing office spaces.
- Report maintenance needs promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Place all waste in designated disposal areas.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs to maintain a refined appearance.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
- Bilingual is a plus.

- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
