Job Summary
AVG Annual $112k-$138k per year
$43$53/hr base (depending on experience)
Shift: MondayFriday 7am-5pm
Location: Douglassville PA
Position:
Techo-Bloc is on the hunt for their next Industrial Maintenance Electrician. Our technicians are highly proficient in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Troubleshoot using electrical schematics and multimeter/megger to diagnose electrical issues
- Properly size components and cabling for new electrical systems
- Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IOs OLs contactors relays break resisters and various other electrical components
- Familiar with troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives Siemen Lenze Allen Bradley AB
- Start or jog equipment to perform maintenance tasks
- Test malfunctioning machinery identify parts needed and complete repairs
- Repair install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes forklift scissor lift etc.).
- Document and perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment dependability.
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2 years experience working in Electromechanics Industrial Electrician or relevant field.
- Proficient Electrical skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical components; IOs OLs contactors relays break resisters and various other electrical components
- Read and comprehend schematics and diagrams.
- Experience with 480vAC 120vAC 24vDC and 4-20mA systems
- Able to use multi-meter megger and other test equipment
- Maintain install troubleshoot VFDs programmable sensors SCADA HMI and PLCs.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters voltmeters and oscilloscopes
- Collaborative; Works in the spirit of partnership.
Education and Experience:
Electrical certificates or equivalent experience (preferred)
