Job Summary
Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.
Sia Title: Independent Contractor (1099)
Project Title: Freelance Designer
Project Length: Start date: ASAP- 30 days (possibility for renewal)
Project Hours: estimated 30 hrs a week
Fixed Fee: 9600
This is a fixed-fee project not an hourly engagement. Final compensation will be determined based on agreed-upon scope and monthly deliverables rather than tracked hours.
Location: New York NY or Remote
Qualifications :
- Own end-to-end digital design execution across web social paid media email and campaign assets
- Translate briefs and strategic inputs into high-quality on-brand visual concepts and executions
- Design for performance optimizing creative based on platform requirements audience behavior and data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy copy media and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
- Develop scalable design systems templates and assets to support efficient production and consistency
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards accessibility guidelines and technical specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing speed quality and evolving
