Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a Quality Assurance team operating within a highly regulated and complex banking environment. The professional will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure robust secure and reliable delivery of software products.
What Youll Do:
- Design implement and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework (mandatory).
- Support the establishment and evolution of Continuous Testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with development teams to review requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Execute automated test suites analyze results identify issues and support defect resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality performance and security standards required in the banking sector.
- Document test strategies automation standards and best practices.
- Contribute to functional regression and endtoend test activities.
- Participate in the improvement of QA tools methodologies and processes.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Proven experience with Robot Framework (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Playwright (highly valued).
- Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Strong background in UI API and integration test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps Jenkins GitLab CI or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze logs perform troubleshooting and validate complex technical integrations.
- Experience in banking or other regulated sectors (a plus).
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (level B2 highly valued).
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
