Contract Reviewer Legal

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Contract Reviewer (m/f/d) to join our global risk management team in Europe. As a key member of our organization you will play a critical role in reviewing contracts advising management on related risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The individual can be based anywhere in Europe.

• Review draft and negotiate commercial contracts including Professional Services Agreements NDAs MSAs and SOWs 

• Support business teams across Europe in negotiations of contracts with clients 

• Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and provide expert advice to senior management on potential risks and legal implications 

• Manage and monitor different types of contracts throughout their lifecycle 

• Work closely with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations 

• Conduct thorough compliance checks on all contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards 

• Helping operational teams manage risk resolve issues efficiently and accelerate contract completion 

• Support in the change process and post-contract management 

• Develop detailed reports and presentations to inform stakeholders about contract status risks and opportunities. 

• Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and best practices in the industry and apply this knowledge to improve contract review processes. 

Qualifications :

• Completed law degree (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification/experience 

• Proven experience in legal/contract work such as contract review redlining negotiation preferably in the construction sector or professional services consulting 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint) 

• Fluent language skills (oral and written) in English French Or Dutch

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents 

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders 

• Thorough knowledge of contract law and industry best practices and required to have good knowledge of French law OR Dutch law

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced consulting environment 

• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation 

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced changing environment 

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of contract law and risk management
