Job Summary
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends patterns and applicable insights.
- Conduct advanced analytics on transactional data including trend and correlation analysis.
- Translate requirements into structured data models and schemas.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data and reporting requirements.
- Delivercomplex data analyses that support strategic decision-making and improve measurements.
- Identify and recommend additional data points to track helping establish meaningful customer experience metrics aligned with priorities.
- Support analytics by ensuring clean well-structured datasets.
- Identify gaps in data collection and recommend enhancements to improve data quality and insights.
- Maintain documentation of data models definitions and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting and data analytics.
- Interpret large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL relational and non-relational databases in processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
- Query data using Python (e.g. Pandas NumPy)
- Computer Applications for data visualization: Tableau Omniture Omniture Report Builder TeamSite and Power Bi.
- MS Office with emphasis on Excel (can perform complex functions) reporting VBA and Power Query.
