As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.

We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the entire sales cycle from first outreach to deal closing.

This role focuses specifically on selling Formed IT services to startups scale-ups and innovative companies globally.

What Will You Do

  • Identify companies that need digital product web development or AI solutions
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn email and strategic channels
  • Build relationships with founders product leaders and decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services
  • Prepare proposals and lead client discussions
  • Manage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing
  • Present solutions such as Webflow development AI systems and no-code platforms

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in Sales Development Business Development or Tech Sales
  • Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong interest in technology startups and digital products
  • Experience selling digital services SaaS software development or tech solutions is highly valued
