Educational Assistant (Starting Aug 2026) ESF Language & Learning Centre | Sai Sha

ESF Language & Learning Centre Sai Sha is looking for an Educational Assistant who is passionate about working with our youngest learners who thrive in a highly creative playful and collaborative environment and who can make a positive contribution to our creative and dynamic community. The position will be a full-time contract from August 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a highly motivated and professional group of teachers and support staff
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team and class teacher in preparing lesson plans and resources
• Provide support for students and enrich students learning experience
• Support the emotional development of children through nurturing and caring for them
• Observe gather and document information on childrens progress and report them to the teacher

Requirements

• Flexible and self-motivated
• Keen to learn and take on constructive feedback
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Have experience of working with children between 2 to 5 years old
• Have experience of working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds
• An Early Years/Teaching qualification would be an advantage
• Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong
