We are seeking a visionary GenAI Specialist to design build and deploy next-generation AI solutions. This role is perfect for a technical expert who balances deep analytical skills with strategic foresight helping us optimize production-ready pipelines and foster an environment of relentless innovation.
Your Role
As a GenAI Specialist you will be instrumental in integrating LLMs and implementing data strategies that drive business growth. Your focus will include:
- Advanced AI Engineering: Building MCP models context protocols and agentic AI while maintaining robust microservices.
- Financial Intelligence: Deploying ML models to detect and prevent financial crimes significantly reducing fraud losses and improving compliance.
- Generative Innovation: Implementing GenAI solutions to create synthetic data enhancing model accuracy across diverse use cases.
- Scale & Efficiency: Rolling out scalable ML systems capable of processing millions of daily transactions and utilizing A/B testing to boost operational efficiency.
- Production Standards: Writing production-grade PEP8-compliant Python code with a strict focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Strategic Collaboration: Translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Your Skills and Experience
To excel in this role you should bring a proven track record in GenAI technologies and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Technical Requirements:
- LLM Mastery: Expertise in RAG Agents Graph RAG RAFT and Fine-tuning (PEFT LoRA QLoRA).
- Model Proficiency: Experience with both Open Source (Llama Mistral) and Closed Source (GPT-4 Claude Gemini) models.
- Core Engineering: Advanced Python skills specifically within NLP and GenAI frameworks.
- Deep Learning: Strong experience with GANs VAEs and Transformers.
- NLP Expertise: Proficiency in intent recognition entity extraction text summarization and topic modeling.
Bonus Points For:
- Foundational knowledge of Cloud environments API frameworks and Docker.
- Experience with databases such as Qdrant or PostgreSQL.
