About Us
Since starting in Perth in 2012 CMW Geosciences has expanded to 22 offices with over 350 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working down-to-earth and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation analysis and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.
Our Melbourne office is well-established in providing construction support temporary works design site investigations and advice to clients in the infrastructure energy and construction space.
The team is looking for an experienced geotechnical engineer to oversee the delivery of local and Victoria-wide projects. We are looking for consultants with experience managing projects and providing design solutions. You must be competent utilising geotechnical design softwares and have at least two years of experience providing temporary and permanent works design for clients in Australia.
What Youll Need
- A Civil Engineering degree
- 2-6 years experience working in a geotechnical consultancy
- Geotechnical design experience
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Valid full-time working rights in Australia and local experience
- Ability to travel when required
- A full Australian drivers license
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills both verbal and written
