Support Mission-Critical Military Communication Systems
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the full lifecycle of advanced military communication products. This role sits at the intersection of design manufacturing and product support working hands-on to solve complex electrical challenges in analog digital and RF systems.

What Youll Do:
- Investigate and troubleshoot analog digital and RF circuit issues to the component level
- Monitor production yields analyze failures and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure successful transition to production
- Perform root cause analysis and lead technical investigations
- Improve product quality through:
- Design enhancements
- Process improvements
- Test optimization
- Mitigate component shortages and obsolescence through redesign and qualification
- Collaborate with:
- Manufacturing
- Quality
- Supply chain
- Engineering teams
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and technicians
- Conduct simulations experiments and validation testing
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
- Strong experience with:
- Analog and digital circuit troubleshooting
- RF systems (preferred but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level
- Experience using lab equipment:
- Oscilloscope
- DMM
- Spectrum/network analyzers
- Logic analyzers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead small technical efforts and mentor others
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Experience:
- Tactical radio systems
- Manufacturing or production environment
- LabVIEW Jira or similar tools
- Component selection and qualification
