Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our sales and property management teams to provide timely and efficient support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding their inquiries concerns and requests
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and assist with the sales process
- Work closely with the property management team to address any maintenance or tenant-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our customer service processes
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
