What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of FPGA/firmware engineers
- Drive execution across design verification and delivery milestones
- Own project schedules budgets and performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with hardware software and systems teams
- Elevate and refine FPGA development processes and standards
What You Bring:
- 8 years of experience in FPGA / embedded firmware development
- Proven leadership managing technical teams and project delivery
- Strong experience with:
- VHDL and/or Verilog
- SystemVerilog and verification methodologies (UVM/OVM)
- Background in wireless communications signal processing or secure systems
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Edge:
- Experience with cryptographic or secure communication systems
- Exposure to RF or tactical communication environments
- Active Secret Clearance
