Job Summary
Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers in Kansas City KS and surrounding areas for a Great Lakes regional position. This opportunity is open to new CDL graduates and trainees looking for consistent freight strong avg weekly pay and structured regional routes across the Midwest.
Pay & Compensation
- Avg $1000$1400 per week
- Mileage-based pay (GLR pay scale)
- Weekly miles: miles
- $25 stop pay
- $25 short haul pay (under 100 miles)
- Driver performance bonus available
Consistent freight consistent avg weekly income

Must live within 200 miles of Kansas City KS

Schedule & Home Time
- Home every 2 weeks

Job Details
- Regional routes across the Great Lakes / Midwest region
- Freight types:
- Drop & hook (majority)
- Live load
- Live unload
- Preloaded freight
- Load assist may be required on some deliveries
- Consistent freight and steady miles
- Same planner within the region for consistency
- 24/7 dispatch support

- Midwest and Great Lakes lanes
- Structured regional routes with consistent freight flow
- Covers central U.S. markets
Work Environment
- Midwest weather conditions
- Regional routes with predictable lanes
- Occasional physical work (load assist)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No experience required (trainees welcome)
- Must be comfortable with regional travel
- Must be flexible with schedule
